Professionally, I’m a real estate broker with a background in commercial real estate and urban planning. I hold a Master’s in Real Estate Development and a graduate certificate in Urban Planning. In 2024, I served as President of the Utah CCIM Chapter and now serve on the Global CCIM Institute’s Board of Directors.
Locally, I’ve regularly participated in City Council meetings and spoke out against a high-density development that doesn’t conform to our city’s general plan. At the state level, I’ve helped organize industry coalitions—most recently opposing SB30, which would’ve made Utah a disclosure state.
I’ve supported local campaigns and worked firsthand in land use and property entitlements. Providence deserves leadership grounded in real-world experience and genuine care. I’m running to offer both.
I love this valley and believe Providence needs balanced leadership that protects what makes our community special.
As someone who works in land use every day, I’ve seen how well-planned growth can strengthen communities—and how poorly planned growth erodes them. Providence is at a crossroads. We need leaders who understand both the technical and human sides of development. This campaign isn’t about partisanship. It’s about protecting property rights, improving transparency, and making sure local voices are heard. I want my kids—and yours—to grow up in a city we’re proud to call home for generations to come.
